From the 17th to 19th of Octuber, 2006 the third Electronic Signature Congress has been held, organized by CATCert (Catalan Certification Agency), in the framework of the Open Administration of Catalonia
The JSE was directed to professionals of the public scope either to private companies and it counted with: |

The conferences were related to those topical subjects: the identities management and federation, the e-health, the certificate of legal person versus the organ certificate, e-justice, the e-hiring, the confidence and audit hostings, and the transfrontier public services of digital identity, among others |
