New Legal Standards in the Spanish Administration 

 

This presentation, in a similar fashion to the one on New Legal Standards in Catalonia, will analyze the different legislation affecting the sphere of electronic signature enacted over the past year in the Spanish Administration. Hence, the most noteworthy and innovative aspects of the Spanish National Interoperability Framework (Esquema nacional de interoperabilidad), the Royal Decree that partially develops Act 11/2007, and the National Security Scheme for digital information will be discussed, as well as how they will affect the processes and infrastructures of the Public Administration.
