This presentation will provide a brief overview of the different legislation enacted in Catalonia in the past year relating to electronic signature and will analyze its impact on the Catalan Public Administration at different levels: processes, infrastructures, etc. In specific, analysis will be made of the Catalan National Information Security Plan, Decree 56/2009 for the promotion and development of the digital technology in the Catalan Government and the Localret Ordinance.
