This edition the conference will turn concerning the novel legal standars related to electronic signature that are appeared during the last two years (the Decree 56/2009 for the impulse and development of the electronic means in the Government of Catalonia; the Royal Decree through which the Law 11/2007 it is being partially developped; the Law 11/2007, about the electronic access of citizens to the public services; Law 30/2007, about contracts of public sector; the Law 56/2007, about the impulse of the information society, etc.).
In this sense , the conference it is being built regarding 3 main thematic guidelines

1. Novel legal standards , the sessions will explain detailedly, from a legal and organizing perspective, the impact in the scope of the Public Administrations electronic signature, the new standards appeared the last year in Catalonia and nationwide. |

2. Record management security,
this line will turn around topics as conservation of signed e-documents; why always is mandatory to put a date-stamp in the electronic signatures; the necessary infraestructure to create an administrative backoffice; when is necessary to create an electronic document and which format has to have, etc. |

3. Identity, lectures related to novel topics as the identifition in social networks, participation of citizens, fraud and security problems, the identification of professionals, management of identities and capacities, etc. |

4. Casos pràctics, línia que engloba dues sessions de presentació de projectes: una sessió dedicada a projectes innovadors de signatura electrònica, com en altres edicions, i, com a novetat, una sessió dedicada a presentar l'evolució de projectes premiats en altres edicions de les Jornades. |
As we did in the past editions, one session focused on innovative projects of electronic signature will be included in the conference, and as a novelty, another session will present the evolution of projects awarded in previous editions of the conference.
As usual , the first day morning will be dedicated to tuttorials, developing the topics from a more practical view. That is why 3 tuttorials will take place, 2 of them aimed to define the electronic signature concepts, from technical and legal side, and the third one will be focused on presenting products and services by CATCert. |
